Keith is a recruiting leader with deep experience in both internal and agency recruiting. Prior to launching WithAgility, Keith spent 3 years at Datadog as a Senior Marketing Recruiter, where he led Product Marketing Recruiting efforts as well as supporting corporate marketing, partner marketing & leadership hiring. Before that, Keith spent 9 years with Engro Partners, a boutique recruiting agency in New York City. There he partnered with startups all the way to publicly traded companies on Executive Search and Contingency Recruiting for their Marketing, Product, GTM, Sales & Customer Success teams.

Keith is a firm believer that being a specialist is a superpower in recruiting. You can’t be everything for everyone but you can be the perfect solution for a very specific audience. By launching WithAgility, he’s walking the talk.

Keith lives in New York with his wife, son, and daughter. He’s a former soccer and tennis player and is always up for a game of pick up basketball. But for the most part, when he’s not working you can find him with his family at a park or playground or (hopefully) on the beach.
